Sussex County Technical School and Sussex County Community College have worked over the past year to expand their partnership, further coordinating curriculum and identifying opportunities for high school students to earn college credit, credentials and advance standing. Their goal is to create clear, expedited, and affordable pathways for Sussex County students to achieve their educational and career goals.

🎙️ Emergency Communications Officer (ECO)

Comprehensive Training: Learn call-taking, radio communications, legal considerations, officer safety, stress management, interpersonal communication, and essential first-responder skills.

Class Dates: September 21 – October 28, 2026

Weekdays: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Saturday Class: October 3, 2026 (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Tuition: $175 for Sussex County Community College Students | $275 for Non-Students

đźš‘ New Jersey Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD)

Specialized Training: Gain knowledge and skills to handle medical emergencies using approved EMD protocols, recognize critical situations, provide life-saving instructions, and support callers until help arrives.

Class Dates: November 2 – November 16, 2026

Weekdays: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Saturday Class: November 7, 2026 (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

Tuition: $150 for Sussex County Community College Students | $300 for Non-Students
