✨ The Fascial Dance ✨ What you’re seeing here isn’t random—it’s fascia. The connective tissue that holds every story in the body. It moves in a rhythm… a flow… an ebb and release. When kids hold tension, their fascia doesn’t flow like this. It gets stuck. That “stuckness” can look like sleep struggles, meltdowns, digestive issues, or endless wiggles. When we do bodywork, we’re helping their fascia find the dance again. Because when fascia moves, kids can too—freely, fully, joyfully. @tobiasgremmler
