🇺🇸🏛️ NEWPORT: IT’S TIME TO STEP INTO THE ARENA. 🇺🇸🗳️

A healthy democracy doesn't work on autopilot, and it doesn't thrive when people stand on the sidelines. To have a city that reflects our community and not just corporate special interests, MORE residents need to participate in the process.

In order to remain transparent and on topic, every single candidate needs an opponent to debate the issues with and to keep the voters, not special interests, at the forefront of their campaign.

Right now, Newport needs fresh perspectives, visionary voices, and dedicated leadership on both our City Council and School Committee. If you’ve ever found yourself thinking about how to improve our schools, protect our local neighborhoods, or create balance for the future of our historic city, this is your chance to take the leap into public service.

Don't just watch from the social media bleachers - get on the ballot - add your name to the list of people who are making a difference for future generations.

If you are even remotely considering running for office, join the Newport Canvassing Department for the final, free information session. They will demystify the entire process and give you the tools you need to launch your campaign.
