It might be my toxic trait..? Lol

In my mind there’s nothing more important than you understanding YOU.

If you know me you know this to be true about how I roll.

I WANT so much for you to know yourself.
Most of us are afraid to look.

But I KNOW you are beautiful, magical, worthy, DIVINE.
No matter the bs that your mind tries to feed you.

(If you’re anything like me the bs can be a never ending flow of non stop abuse)

Don’t you deserve better?
YES

You are worthy-and always have been- of all the magic and beauty and joy and abundance in the Universe.

You just may have lost sight of that.
I sure did.

Thank goodness I had my own back so ferociously that I never gave up on myself- even when I thought it was my only option. To quit. I kept fighting. For mySELF.

Those dark corners can seem so damn scary.
Is it time for you to shine a light? 🔦

It breaks my heart every time.

Spending time w my beautiful mom… took her to doctors appointments and then went to the ocean…escaping from her dementia unit even if just for a little while.

I always love to hold her hand and chat as if everything in the world is normal for her.

Every time I drop her off it is so hard to walk away… so many tears.

I took the pic w her and then noticed the embroidery message on my jacket.

For anyone who needs reminding… “All we have is now.”

How many of you are realizing that you’ve been operating in survival mode?

You’re not broken you just haven’t given your body and spirit the space to look at and heal the traumas.

You know what they say “you gotta feel it to heal it”.

I just recently came to understand that I still had a lot of trauma that I hadn’t actually worked through. I had just simply acknowledged it and basically patted myself on the back and energetically said “hey good job, you got through it “….

OH that’s not the same as ”healing” it?!

It’s been a long and challenging process but I wouldn’t change my devotion to the inner work for anything.

I am fu***ng worth it…and so are you!

With so much love and compassion for the roads you’ve traveled.
You ARE a warrior.
You are here.

Some days just push you to (what seems like) the limit and it feels like maybe you can’t go on… insanity feels like the only choice in those moments… right!?
Seriously! 🤦🏻‍♀️😉

That’s when we have to make sure to take care of our nervous system first and foremost.

Deep breaths.
Get support.
Don’t quit on yourself.
And yeah maybe just let yourself feel a little insane sometimes! Acknowledge that s**t and heal it.

How often do you just let yourself be you, zero judgment ?
It sure feels like a struggle some days doesn’t it?

But what an absolute liberation when you can simply allow yourself to just show up in all your radiant glory AND all your s**tshow-ness.
We are divine humans in a body made from Mother Earth and a Soul from the ethers.
We contain the entire Universe inside each of our cells.

We ARE love… even when we forget.

So here I am today to remind YOU 🫵 that yes indeed … you are that.

The days are long but the years are short.

For all the empty nesters still getting used to a quiet house, empty fridge, and missing the chaos and togetherness.

Our babies have flown the nest and it’s ok to let our hearts grieve.

It’s what we’ve been preparing for all along.. to set them free… but we just never thought it would come… and nobody warned us it would be this hard.

It’s when our kids call us smiling and full of life and excitement that we know they will be ok. And when the inevitable call comes with tears and fears we can know that they are strong enough to get through …we support them, cheer them on, and remind them that ALL the feelings are normal and ok.

🎢 it’s a wild ride.

How it feels when you find your people!
This whole time in Nashville was just absolute fu***ng

💥M A G I C!!
From running into my beautiful Aussie friend at the airport, to the reconnecting with all my magical EFT friends from Palm Springs, to meeting some new spectacular souls, to being in the 🧲 magnetic energy of the queen herself and a zillion things in between!
Dinners, lobby chats, photo ops, group tapping sessions, professional photo shoots w magical queen and absolute hype queeen 🤩… spending time with the magical wizard queeens and .coco.frances , laughing our asses off, learning, growing, expanding, sharing deeply…

but my MOST FAVORITE thing (ALWAYS) was connecting deeply with all of my soul friends… we were IN IT together and showing up for each other in such L O V E,
A C C E P T A N C E, and R E V E R E N C E and it lit up my heart and soul. S**t it was fu***ng amazing!!

All the work we did just reminded me of why I am here…💖

One of my missions on this planet is to help women reclaim their inner badass queeen and step back into their power unapologetically …and, AND most importantly give you the tools to be your own best friend, to have your own back , to learn how to throw your SELF the life line that you need… so that you empower yourself to lead your own way!

YOU 🫵 are the expert on you but sometimes we need a guiding force to remind us and get us back on track…

Re entry will be a challenge after such deep spiritual magic for so many days…

I feel so incredibly blessed to have you all in my life.
