A great game for student in general education, adapted, or individualized!

Had the opportunity to assist in teaching archery at in PE1 the past two weeks.

I hadn’t shot a bow in almost two years but I’d say that I was still pretty accurate with it.

FYI, that arrow that hit the yellow bullseye was my first shot 👀

I’m honored to be the 1st ever Eastern Region Representative for Virginia AHPERD.

I’m looking forward to sharing all of the great things coming from Virginia AHPERD with my colleagues throughout the Eastern Region of Virginia and hopefully recruiting more members for our amazing professional organization.
