Hi, I’m Katherine — Visionary of Kali Wellness.

As we step into a new season, I felt called to share a quieter, more grounded reintroduction. These past few years have been a unique chapter — opening during COVID, operating under restrictions, navigating rapid growth, and managing unexpected health challenges along the way. It required a level of resilience I didn’t fully understand until I was living it.

For a long time, I stayed in survival mode, doing whatever was needed to keep moving forward.
Not to make it heavy — simply the honest beginning of this journey.

This year, I’m consciously shifting out of that mode and into a more intentional, spacious way of leading. I’m focused on strengthening our systems, elevating our patient experience, and building a foundation that truly supports the Busy Women + Men we serve — and supports me as the person guiding it.
