For example: Straight leg deadlift.
Reps 5. But I focus the pressure on my heels and outside the foot.
I focus on going down for atleast 3 seconds before I pull back up.
I squeeze my hamstrings and ass at the top for atleast 2 seconds.
I do all of this so that I can torture the muscle Iโm working, instead of just going through the motions and doing the reps.
