Congrats to our chapter president!! We are so proud of you, Rachel!

🎉 BIG congratulations to DCHS senior Rachel Ross!

Rachel has been named a Semifinalist in the 2027 National Merit Scholarship Program, an incredible academic achievement earned by less than 1% of U.S. high school seniors! 🧡👏

More than 1.2 million students entered the 2027 competition by taking the 2025 PSAT/NMSQT. Rachel is now among just over 16,000 Semifinalists nationwide and has the opportunity to advance to Finalist standing and compete for one of approximately 6,700 National Merit Scholarships worth nearly $24 million.

We are incredibly proud of Rachel for representing Dyer County High School and Dyer County Schools with such an outstanding accomplishment. Congratulations, Rachel, and best of luck as you continue in the National Merit Scholarship competition! 🎓✨🧡

Big day for our HOSA students! 🚁 🚑 Air Evac and DSCC EMT visited during our last chapter meeting. Students learned about emergency response, teamwork, and real-world medical careers. It provided a true taste of emergency medicine! Thank to our partners for inspiring our future healthcare professionals!
