Words of encouragement for today. 💜

As I reflected this morning, I was reminded of this truth: the same God who was faithful to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is still faithful today.

The book of Zechariah reminds us that God’s promises do not expire, His presence does not fail, and His faithfulness continues from generation to generation.

So wherever you find yourself today, be encouraged.

“Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,” says the LORD Almighty. — Zechariah 4:6 (NIV)

Praying today for every student, every teacher, every parent, and everyone stepping into a new beginning.

May God bless you, keep you, guide you, and watch over you in this new season.

New Season. New Opportunity. 💜

Today, I’m extending prayers to every student beginning a new school year, every teacher returning to the classroom, every parent sending a child into a new season, and everyone taking that first step into something new.

May God bless you, keep you, guide you, and watch over you as you begin this journey.

In the moments when you feel less than, may you remember that you are more than enough.

In the moments when you feel like there is no hope, may hope meet you.

In the moments when you feel overwhelmed or flustered, may you find peace.

And in the moments when you do not feel loved, may you remember that He loved you first — and He still does.

May this new season bring growth, wisdom, courage, confidence, new friendships, fresh opportunities, and reminders that every beginning carries possibility.

Closing August with gratitude. 💜

I’m stepping into this new season feeling re-energized, empowered, refueled, and realigned.

The Sacred Pause reminded me what happens when we make room for God when we slow down, listen, reflect, and allow Him to renew us from the inside out.

As September begins, I’m moving forward with renewed faith, expectation, and gratitude for what God will do next.

May this new month bring peace, clarity, restoration, and blessings upon blessings.

First and foremost, to God be all the glory! 🙌🏽💜

It was an honor and a blessing to be entrusted with a vision and then witness it come to fruition. From beginning to end, God moved miraculously through every single detail. My heart is overwhelmed with gratitude and joy.

Something beautiful happened today at The Sacred Pause, presented by Grace & Grit by PSI. What began as a vision became a sacred encounter filled with worship, prayer, healing, renewal, and the presence of the Holy Spirit.

Thank you to every speaker, worshipper, volunteer, sponsor, supporter, and woman who entered this sacred space with an open heart.

One moment in the presence of God can change a life—and one moment like this can change history.

It was an honor and a blessing to be entrusted with a vision and then witness it come to fruition. From beginning to end, God moved miraculously through every single detail. My heart is overwhelmed with gratitude and joy.

Humbled and grateful. 🎓🙏🏽

After three years of studying, I am overjoyed and deeply humbled to share that I have officially completed Ministerial Studies through the New Jersey School of Ministry.

First and foremost, to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ — thank You for carrying me, strengthening me, correcting me, and giving me the grace to keep saying yes.

I’m grateful for my family, church community, pastors, professors, classmates, employers, friends, and every person who made room for this journey.

During these years, God also allowed me to publish two books and help bring The Sacred Pause to life.

And to my classmates who walked this journey alongside me, I am so grateful for what God is doing in each of our lives. I can’t wait to see where He leads us next.

All for His glory. 💜

Humbled to be part of this journey. 🎓🙏🏽

After three years of studying, I am overjoyed and deeply humbled to share that I have officially completed Ministerial Studies through the New Jersey School of Ministry.

As I reflect on these past three years, I can see God’s hand in every chapter.

First and foremost, to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ thank You for sustaining me, directing me, correcting me, strengthening me, and giving me the grace to continue saying yes.

God placed the right people around me in every moment and every season.

From my family making room for the time it took to study, to my church community, my sisters and brothers in Christ, the pastors and professors who poured into me, and the employers and leaders who extended flexibility and understanding this journey was never mine alone.

To my children, my dad, my mom, Pastor Eileen, Pastor Luis, Celebration Church in Newark, the New Jersey School of Ministry, Cabrera LLC, Obed, Wanda, Correction Officers for Christ, Taria Avant, Ernie Peppers, Jazz Unisex, Arlene Ferris, and so many others whose names could fill pages thank you.

Every prayer, every word of encouragement, every opened door, every adjustment of a schedule, and every act of support gave me room to continue pursuing what God had placed in my heart.

And while I was studying, God continued to create.

He allowed me to publish not one, but two books.

He also gave me the opportunity to dream, pray, brainstorm, and bring together an extraordinary group of women whose gifts are beyond measure to build The Sacred Pause: A Sacred Leadership & Renewal Experience.

I am humbled by what God continues to do.

This morning, I am simply grateful for the stretching, the lessons, the people, the obedience, the closed doors, the opened doors, and the grace to keep moving forward.

And to my classmates who have walked alongside me on this journey, I am so grateful. It has been a blessing to witness what God is doing not only in my life, but in each of yours as well. I’m excited to see where He leads us next and what the future holds for all of us.

This is not the end of a journey.

It is another beginning.

I can't wait to see what God does next.

All for His glory. 💜🙏🏽
