Grateful is an understatement to be apart of player development staff that gets to take teams up to tournament!! Another amazing year with a great bunch of players.. our staff had an amazing time being able to share this experience with all the players and parents.

LEGION I AM BACK!!! I always felt that I would be back at Legion, I loved my time their! Well as of last week .1 and i took over operations in West Chester and as of yesterday we took over and and we are extremely excited! Without the amazing teams in West chester with .1 and in Wilmington will be leading as well as in Newark leading I wouldn’t feel as ready or confident! But we will be bringing back the amazing gyms they were with a huge focus on energy in classes, customer service and ethics!!! It all couldn’t be done without the amazing support from .1 and she is already proving to be an amazing coach jumping in and getting attendance in her classes way up!! I am so PROUD of .1 , we wanted to bring a fuller package and a little more conditioning then last show and we did it, she put her head down and worked her tail off, on this day the judges were looking for something different and you know what thats all good, its part of the sport, .1 mindset through prep and through the show and after were her biggest growth, I am very impressed by it! And don’t get me wrong 5th out of 11 really strong girls in her class is not too shabby. Thanks to .politi and for an amazing show! The is one of the best!!! Also huge shout out to and for the support and aid for this one!!! Plan is in place for the next one and a lot of amazing life things between now and then!

Huge shout out to my client , she has put in the work as a lifestyle client with still being able to live life!! A few vacations, many family meals and still making huge progress… lets keep rolling!!

End of growth phase! First one truly as a bodybuilder and loved it!!! Got super strong, lots of tissue added and excited to go into health phase… after that who knows but leta keep working… .1

Crazy what you can do with the right people and discipline!!! 20 months in between photos for both .1 and i! Proud is an understatement of us!!! With the right person by your side with the utmost support and respect of our own goals we can accomplish them all! These are just our physical transformation but trust me mentally, emotionally and professionally we have transformed just as much! And let me tell you only the beginning…

Another great weekend in the books! A successful first show of season, our goal was to get qualified nationally for next year again and to just get on stage and see what the judges feedback is currently! We are very happy with what we put out there! Of course our competitive spirit did get to us and in our heads! Something we are both learning how to deal with better! We lost sight of our goal for a bit there but at the end of the day we sat down thought and we got what we came for. The plan is now in place for the next two shows of the year, a little time off and then back at it! .1 super proud of you and what you put together! Also great show by .mini_fit taking both overalls and best of show for the pa championship well deserved!! Also cant miss the absolute domination by .fitt taking all three overalls it was quite impressive what him and put together! Thank you .politi and for another great show!!
