Special note from Dr. Samuels...There will be a consent form to fill out. Please read the VIS form -especially targeted - healthy young adults, non-pregnant, and without any chronic diseases and/or immunosuppression. This would exclude, for example, people with diabetes, heart disease, asthma, HIV, chemotherapypatients, sickle cell disease. Note also that "Minors" will need a parental or guardian consent to receive the vaccine ( a handwritten letter will do).
Thanks!
