We are thrilled to announce Le Roc classes are staring again after a long break in NYC. If you can walk you can dance Le Roc. Danced to the latest music, its a smooth and stylish dance, easy to learn and very social. Often referred to as the 'Modern Jive' the dance draws from Jive, Rock and Roll, Lambada and West coast. It originated in France and has moved around the world. You can take it anywhe

Format:
800 - 900pm Beginner Class
900 - 930pm Freestyle & Practice
930 - 1000pm Intermediate Class
1000 - 1100pm Freestyle and Practice
Dress: Dress Casual, shoes with leather soles work best for spinning. Wear loose comfortable clothing for summer and bring a change of top and towel if you sweat, as you will get a workout. Teacher: Vicki Thompson
