A beautiful day in Brooklyn 🍁

It's Banned Books Week, an annual event that celebrates freedom of expression and the freedom to read by highlighting past and present censorship attempts within schools and libraries.
The banners attached to each book feature statements from book challenges in the U.S., spanning the last 100 years. We offer them as a way to highlight the out-of-touch absurdity of attempts to restrict our basic freedoms of expression.
