College Fair Alert!!
Hey all you Baysiders! We recently had our first college fair of the year thanks to our Assistant Principal of School Development, Ms. Haroutunian. Thanks Ms. H for all your hard work for our future college students!
We had a large turn out of over 500 student, just about half of the 2025 graduating class. We are looking to have two college fairs in the upcoming 2025-2026 School Year.
Students were able to find out about how the insights and experiences had in their own CTE student interests would bridge a program of interest at their chosen colleges. We thank all administrations, parents, and students for participating in this great event!
What a turn out !

Bayside High School’s annual Trade Fair!!!
An event showcasing the work of the Juniors in the Humanities & Non-Profit Management CTE Program, kicked off Friday, May 24th, starting third period in the Library. Until the end of period nine, the students showed off their projects, where they were tasked with creating a business plan and product of their own, meant to tackle a prominent issue society faces today. Ticket-wielding students, staff, and industry partners were invited to walk around and take a look at the projects. They were met with an experience unlike any other!
Students explored various interests connected to their CTE Programs, we thank all the Bayside Alumnus that also contributed to our community!

In today's edition of Bayside WBL: Mr. Morra, Where do I get my working papers from? I am so glad you asked!
Working papers are important as you cannot start your internship without them. You will need to prepare various documents, along with a physical fitness certification from your doctor, to obtain your working papers!
Let's take a look at how to obtain your working papers at Bayside High School below:
Staff Spotlight: Ms. Lori Parvis - Student/Parent Coordinator; Everyone knows Ms. Lori! If you do not, this is your time to get to know her! She is found in Rm 128, Guidance! In fact....
Ask for an application form in Room 128 OR Room 136.
Get a Certificate of Physical Fitness from your doctor in order to apply for the working papers.
Return completed application form with your doctor’s certificate to RM 128. Remember to bring social security card & birth certificate.
****The Physical Form for your doctor to fill-out can be found on our Google Classroom ! I will show the class code here for your access!!!
