AI ကိုသုံးတတ်တယ်ဆိုတာ “မေးခွန်းရေးတတ်တာ” တစ်ခုတည်းမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။
လုပ်ငန်းခွင်မှာ AI ကို တကယ်အသုံးချနိုင်ဖို့အတွက် prompt တစ်ခုမှာ ဘာတွေပါရမလဲ၊ ဘာကြောင့်ပါရမလဲ၊ ဘယ်လိုရေးရင် output က ပိုတိကျလာမလဲ ဆိုတာကို နားလည်ထားဖို့လိုပါတယ်။
Claude ဖြစ်ဖြစ် ChatGPT ဖြစ်ဖြစ် Gemini ဖြစ်ဖြစ်၊ AI tool တွေကို business, marketing, education, content creation, research, customer service, operation workflow တွေမှာ သုံးချင်ရင် ဒီအချက်တွေက အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။
Prompt တစ်ခုမှာ အရေးကြီးဆုံးက Task ပါ။
AI ကို “ဘာလုပ်စေချင်တာလဲ” ဆိုတာကို တိတိကျကျပြောရပါတယ်။ ဥပမာ “content ရေးပေးပါ” လို့ပဲပြောတာနဲ့ “Facebook post အတွက် Burmese-English mixed tone နဲ့ professional but friendly caption ရေးပေးပါ” ဆိုတာ output quality က လုံးဝမတူပါဘူး။
နောက်တစ်ခုက Context Files / Background Information ပါ။
AI က ကိုယ့် business, audience, brand voice, product, service, customer pain points တွေကို မသိပါဘူး။ အဲဒါကြောင့် relevant information ပေးလေလေ output က ပိုမှန်လေလေပါပဲ။ Context မပေးဘဲ အရမ်းကောင်းတဲ့ answer မျှော်လင့်တာက teacher ကို syllabus မပေးဘဲ exam paper ထုတ်ခိုင်းတာနဲ့တူပါတယ်။
တတိယအချက်က Reference ပါ။
ကိုယ်လိုချင်တဲ့ style, format, tone, structure ကို reference ပေးရင် AI က ပိုနီးစပ်တဲ့ result ထုတ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဥပမာ “ဒီလို tone မျိုးလိုချင်တယ်” “ဒီလို structure မလိုချင်ဘူး” “ဒီ brand voice နဲ့ကိုက်အောင်ရေးပါ” ဆိုတာတွေက output ကိုပိုထိန်းနိုင်ပါတယ်။
နောက်တစ်ခုက Success Brief ပါ။
AI ကို “ကောင်းကောင်းလုပ်ပါ” လို့ပြောတာထက် “ကောင်းတယ်ဆိုတာ ဘာကိုဆိုလိုတာလဲ” ကိုရှင်းပြရပါတယ်။ ဥပမာ audience ဖတ်ပြီး ဘာနားလည်ရမလဲ၊ ဘာခံစားရမလဲ၊ ဘာလုပ်ချင်လာရမလဲ ဆိုတာကို success criteria အဖြစ်ထည့်သင့်ပါတယ်။
ပြီးတော့ Rules ပါ။
AI output မှာ မလိုချင်တဲ့အရာတွေကိုလည်း ကြိုပြောထားရပါတယ်။ ဥပမာ too casual မဖြစ်စေချင်ဘူး၊ jargon-heavy မဖြစ်စေချင်ဘူး၊ generic AI-sounding မဖြစ်စေချင်ဘူး၊ long paragraph မဖြစ်စေချင်ဘူး ဆိုတာတွေပါ။ Rule မရှိရင် AI က safe but generic answer ထုတ်တာများပါတယ်။
နောက်ဆုံးအရေးကြီးတာက Plan and Alignment ပါ။
တန်းပြီး final answer မရေးခိုင်းဘဲ၊ အရင်ဆုံး plan ပြခိုင်းတာက professional workflow အတွက် အလွန်အသုံးဝင်ပါတယ်။ ဒါက AI ကို intern တစ်ယောက်လို task ပေးတာမဟုတ်ဘဲ၊ junior strategist တစ်ယောက်လို direction ချပြီး အလုပ်လုပ်ခိုင်းတာနဲ့တူပါတယ်။
AI skill ဆိုတာ tool သုံးတတ်တာမဟုတ်ပါဘူး။
AI ကို thinking partner, writing assistant, research assistant, workflow assistant အဖြစ်အသုံးချနိုင်အောင် instruction ပေးတတ်တဲ့ skill ပါ။
လုပ်ငန်းခွင်မှာ AI ကိုတကယ်အသုံးချချင်ရင် prompt တစ်ခုရေးတဲ့အခါ ဒီ ၆ ချက်ကိုမှတ်ထားပါ။
