Today is your final day to register for the 2026 Alcorn State University National Alumni Association 49th Mid-Winter Conference being held in Memphis, TN. After today, there will not be any additional registrations for the Welcome Reception, Heritage Luncheon, GALA, or any of the additional activities or events on schedule. Please make today your day to register if you have not yet done so!!!

NYC/Tri-State Chapter would like to recognize our Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade committee co-chairs, Daphne Tillman Perry and Janice Brown, for their outstanding leadership in planning and implementing host duties before, during, and after this event.

We met weekly from April to November to put our plan together. One highlight included assembling over 350 giftbags, which our chapter members hand-delivered to all band members, band staff, administrators, and registered guests, as a Big Apple welcome.

We are so proud of their co-leadership. We’re also appreciative of how our chapter members and friends supported their leadership.

NYC/Tri-State Chapter is new but active, small but mighty, and all about ALCORN! 💜💛
