I can’t express how proud I am of my client. We have been working together for quite some time now and she’s always showed up for herself on time, never cancelled and has stayed consistent even during times she didn’t feel like it or had lots of things on her plate.
She has completed 75 Hard in one go last week, no cheat days, sticking to a Mediterranean diet pushing through when she had a cold, no excuses and not only proving physical and also mental toughness and is a true embodiment of a warrior queen.
We have released 9 lbs and quite a few inches. She can’t be more thrilled of how strong she got and the energy levels she now has and how healthy she feels now.
It’s not about how many pounds you can drop in a short period of time, it’s not about rapid results it’s about being consistent and finding your rhythm to make fitness and health part of your lifestyle. So you can stick to it and aren’t tempted to go backwards. It’s about creating habits and eliminating what no longer serves you and changing it to habits that do. This doesn’t happen from one day to the other, it takes some time to find your rhythm. It’s a journey, it’s a lifestyle and you have to find joy in fitting health into your busy schedule in order to stick to it and not see it as a chore. This is not to just be a season it’s a continuous thing in order to become the best version of you. There are no short cuts if you are looking to do it the right way and naturally.

My Mission, Vision, Purpose is to teach, inspire and move people into action to live a healthier and wealthier life as a personal trainer and health coach with the help of the right nutrition, minerals and enzymes.
I strive to touch as many people as possible on a global basis with the help of a global network of like-minded professionals in addition to healing and improving their mind, body, soul connection with physical activity and holistic remedies so they can show up as the best versions of themselves.
When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but by the end of the day, when you finish that, what's next?
Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own and make physical fitness part of your lifestyle.

What if I could show you a healthy way to add fitness to your lifestyle, make it fun, simple and help you stay consistent so you can show up as the best version of yourself throughout every day life?
Fitness is more than just workouts - what you do, what you eat, how you feel, how you sleep - everything is equally important. Together, you and I will focus on all aspects of your health. I will be there to guide you through tough times, to check your form on video calls, to celebrate your wins, keep track of all and looking forward to have fun while doing it.
Going through a burnout and being severely overweight back in 2017 myself, I definitely know what it can be like to not feel like yourself in your own body and everything that comes with it, like brain fog, frustration, cravings, depression, anxiety and having a hard time working through daily tasks such as walking up the stairs or lifting things having absolutely no energy or strength to do so.
Stepping on the scale and being 2lbs away from 200lbs je**ed me wide awake and I decided to make a change for myself, releasing 35lbs in 3 months simply by starting my workout journey, changing my diet and staying consistent.
Through a diagnosis a few years later I even more so realized that the nutrition we are fueling our bodies with and with what and that we are supplementing absolutely matters as our body functions deplete as we age.
You are unique, and so should be your focus on your fitness and health journey. I am here to help you achieve your goals through the most personalized training experience possible. I know what it looks like and the mental toughness it takes to be in the trenches by myself and with over 40 of my clients as I have helped them reach their own goals successfully. And I am certain that I can help you with yours.
