I could vent the drama. Or, I can be thankful for what I have, honest with those I love, and happy. My practice for this year is INACTION.

Facts

Miriam’s Well is still alive and well, though quiet. We are developing a program called Sacred Symmetry in Thomasville, NC. It is our hope to open an authentic whole-istic healing center in 2022 to aid the world in connecting their spark and their animal to find ones own individual higher purpose. In conjunction with the Relationship Master Institute, we plan to change the way the world thinks about all relationships.

As our infrastructure crumbles, riots rage, being black is a death sentence, and our Mother Earth is extremely active, remember that we are but dust, ashes and Spirit, borrowed from Source. We are one and we are .

This morning, think about the poor. Think about those without loved ones, who are isolated daily. Think about how lucky you are to be alive.

No matter where you are, you are not alone. We are in this together.

Thinking of you. In case no one told you, it is ok to feel unrest right now. The entire world is changing and so are you.

In this time of pain, unrest and instability, I want to share a prayer for healing. I say this prayer regularly throughout my day. So far, we've been in isolation for 37 days. Our prayers go out to the many who have lost, those who are stepping up to help, and everyone else so deeply effected by this pandemic. You are not alone. If you think you are, facetime me.
