Over the years of building the Stiletto Spy School and Mi6 Academy programs I have had the incredible honor and privilege of working with some of the incredible people who have served our country, Navy SEALS and Marines.
I am always awestruck by their generosity of spirit, dedication, and sense of honor. They are the embodiment of service.

For all of you who have served, who have been the sheepdogs protecting the flock, for your sacrifices which I will never truly know, you have my utmost respect, admiration, and deepest appreciation.

Breathing techniques to control emotions and physiology at Stiletto Spy School today. If I can breathe I can think, if I can think I can act.

We set off on a 7 hour train ride to bring Stiletto Spy School to a team of awesome women!

This morning I gave a talk on how the mindset of the special ops can help us get ahead in life and in business.
Now our Russian Special Forces Instructors are teaching them to use their breath to control their emotions and physiology, and then moving into hand to hand combat and edged weapons lessons.
