What is IVTI? It's a month-long summer Science/Engineering program for local economically disadvantaged high-school students in Puebla, Mexico. Hosted by Emerging Leaders in Technology and Engineering (ELiTE) Inc. and INAOE, IVTI will provide students with exposure to high-end science and technology, with hands-on projects in Mechatronics, Astronomy, Electronics etc, in order to not only promote science and engineering careers in Mexico, but also foster Critical/Open-ended thinking and social responsibility in science and engineering in Mexico.
