Your image is a reflection of how you value yourself and how much time and energy you dedicate to yourself. If you’re afraid of change, existing on auto-pilot or just too busy to spend time on yourself, ask yourself WHY???? Is it just a way to avoid dealing with some underlying issues or a lack of motivation brought on by other things in your life. Could it be you’re too stressed to deal with self-care or pay attention to yourself? We all have busy lives and finding time and energy to devote to one’s self may seem challenging. If you feel you want to give yourself the attention you deserve but don’t know where to start, then
