This is a group composed of various individuals of differing ethnicity, economic class, and personal philosophy. We seek to construct a social movement that will not only provide economic relief from proposed tuition hikes, budget cuts to student programs and courses, but also one that will improve the quality of education for ALL. The town hall yesterday at was a great success! Nearly 200 students, faculty, and community members turned out to discuss the future of CUNY and mobilize against disinvestment and towards a free, high-quality university. You can take action by signing onto this student bill of rights, attending other actions in the future, and getting involved with our organizing work at CCNY!
