If you want to impact people, you're going to have to learn to impact yourself. That means you're going to have to believe God has given you gifts that are fruitful. No one can believe for you. You will have to increase your faith.

Let's break this scripture down...

Do not be anxious about anything...

This in simple means, allow anything or anyone to put you out of character or change the way you see a circumstance even if it's unexpected or didn't happen the way you thought it should.

But in everything by prayer and supplication...

Prayer is your time with God; don't be afraid! It does you more harm to avoid prayer than it does to partake in it. Supplication is the action of asking or begging for something earnestly or humbly. Did you learn something new just now? Let's keep going...

What small steps do you take daily? Rome wasn't built in a day. Oprah didn't become the Oprah she is today in a week, in a month, in a year. It all took time and you have to give yourself the grace to know that everything in due season will all be worth it whatever that looks like for you right now. Take up your cross daily and do what you can do best and that is all that you owe to give yourself.

YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF !

You owe it to yourself to be great. You owe it to yourself to take time. You owe it to yourself to put you first. You owe it to yourself to accept nothing but the best. You are worthy of the grind and the rest included. YOU ARE!
