Recently, our first-time client came in with the shirt he ordered online with a Direct-to-Garment print for his business and staff to wear. He wondered if we could deliver a “better quality” shirt with a DTF print that he could use to represent his business out in the field. After seeing the sample he brought in, we could not believe someone sold him something with such poor quality. We explained that often when you order shirts from online retailers, they are most likely produced in facilities that are outsourced overseas with very low quality check standards and often do not hold themselves responsible if the customer is unhappy and seeking either a replacement or refund.

At Pins & Needles, we do not outsource our work, ever. Everything is designed and made in-house with quality oversight right here in . This is not to say that mistakes can’t happen even when you’re producing something yourself, but there is a standard of quality we think about when we take on any project. And most importantly, if our client is unhappy and it is reported to us immediately, we do our best to make reasonable accommodations to better serve our clients. As most small businesses know, making your client happy is the key to success.
