Eggs aren’t just a breakfast food. They’re one of the most complete hormone and brain-supporting foods you can eat.🥚

Here’s what’s actually happening when you eat them:

→ Choline in egg yolks is essential for brain development, memory, and neurotransmitter production

→ Complete protein profile supports muscle repair, metabolism, and long-lasting satiety

→ Healthy fats in yolks are direct precursors to estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone

→ Vitamin D supports immune regulation and mood stability

→ B vitamins (especially B12) support energy production and nervous system function

Consistent, small nutrition choices are what actually move the needle on how you feel.

✨ Simple Hormone Support Plate ✨
- 2 pasture-raised eggs (any style)
- Sautéed dark leafy greens
- Half an avocado
- Sea salt and red pepper flakes
- Optional: drizzle of olive oil

Anti-inflammatory, satisfying, and easy to repeat.🍳

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start showing up.

One of the most powerful parts of Autumn’s story is that she started building her community before she even knew health coaching would become her career.

By sharing her own wellness journey consistently and authentically, she built trust, connection, and momentum long before she officially launched her business.

That’s the power of personal branding, community, and showing up before you feel “ready.”

At The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, we encourage our students to start taking action while they learn because growth happens through doing, not waiting for perfection.

If you’ve been thinking about starting, consider this your reminder to begin now. ✨

Walnuts look like a brain for a reason. And the science actually backs that up. 🧠

Here’s what’s actually happening when you eat them:

→ Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) is the plant-based omega-3 that reduces inflammation and supports cognitive function

→ Polyphenols feed beneficial gut bacteria and protect against oxidative damage

→ Magnesium helps regulate cortisol and supports the nervous system during stress

→ Melatonin precursors in walnuts support sleep quality and circadian rhythm

→ Protein and fiber together stabilize blood sugar and prevent energy crashes

✨ Simple Brain Support Snack ✨
- A small handful of raw walnuts
- Sliced apple or pear
- Drizzle of almond butter
- Pinch of cinnamon

🗒️ Save this for your next grocery run!

Flaxseeds don’t get nearly enough credit for what they actually do in the body.

Their real value is how they support hormone metabolism, gut health, and long-term cycle balance.🌱

Here’s what’s actually happening when you eat them:

→ Flaxseeds are the richest dietary source of lignans — plant compounds that support healthy estrogen metabolism and help the body clear excess estrogen

→ Soluble fiber feeds beneficial gut bacteria, which directly supports the estrobolome — the part of your microbiome responsible for regulating estrogen levels

→ Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a plant-based omega-3, helps reduce chronic inflammation that can disrupt hormonal signaling

→ Fiber slows digestion and supports steady blood sugar — reducing the insulin spikes that can throw off hormone balance

→ Ground flaxseeds specifically are easier for the body to absorb and use than whole seeds

If cycle health, hormone balance, or inflammation is something you’re actively working on flaxseeds are one of the simplest daily additions you can make.

✨ Simple Ways to Add Flaxseeds Daily ✨
- Stir into oatmeal or yogurt
- Blend into a smoothie
- Mix into salad dressing
- Add to homemade energy balls
- Sprinkle over avocado toast

Low lift, high impact, and easy to repeat.

Most of us have been taught to think about food in terms of what, when, and how much.
But Geneen Roth has spent 40 years pointing to something deeper.

→ The beliefs driving your choices
→ The patterns that started long before you had words for them
→ The stories you’ve been carrying since childhood

This is the work she teaches inside our Health Coach Training Program and on April 28, she’s bringing it to a live conversation you won’t want to miss.

🎁 A special gift for the first 50 U.S.-based students who enroll in The Health Coach Training Program 🤫

Dessert isn’t the enemy. Restriction is.

is an IIN grad and certified health coach and she said it better than we ever could. Cutting refined sugar changed her health, but so did letting go of the all-or-nothing mindset around it.

What she learned at IIN stuck with her: if you want to eat less of the inflammatory stuff, the answer isn’t more restriction. It’s crowding it out with foods you actually love.

Her stuffed date recipe is proof.

Tired but wired. Gaining weight despite doing everything right. Cycles that are suddenly off.

Your body isn’t broken. It’s communicating.
And cortisol is usually at the center of the conversation.

→ Why cortisol disrupts your thyroid, progesterone, and estrogen
→ How chronic stress shows up differently in every woman
→ The signs your rhythm is out of sync
→ What actually moves the needle (it’s not another supplement)

This is one of the most important conversations in women’s health right now.

Your hormones don’t fall out of balance randomly. They respond directly to what you put on your plate. 🥑

Comment HORMONES and we’ll send you 3 resources to go deeper into hormone health. 👇

Hormones are made from fats, amino acids, and micronutrients. Here’s what actually moves the needle:

🌱 Flaxseeds — contain lignans that help the body metabolize and clear excess estrogen

🥦 Cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts) — support the liver in flushing hormonal waste before it recirculates

🥑 Avocado — provides the healthy fats your body literally uses as raw material to make hormones

🎃 Pumpkin seeds — rich in zinc, which is essential for progesterone production

🐟 Wild salmon — omega-3s reduce cortisol and support healthy thyroid function

🧭 Health Coach Tip: When clients come to you with irregular cycles, low libido, or unexplained fatigue, ask about their fat intake first. Most people are chronically under-eating healthy fat and it’s quietly disrupting their hormonal foundation. A simple food log audit will usually show it within minutes.

✨ Already certified? Our Hormone Health Course is 30% off right now. Perfect for coaches ready to specialize or deepen their knowledge.
