From our CEO: "I've been hearing a lot lately how stores are now uncertain how to create a safe way for shoppers to touch and feel merchandise and go into fitting rooms. With over 80% of apparel purchases made in-stores last year, this is concerning…especially since the main driver for store visits is to touch and try products.
Don’t throw in the towel just yet. Brands and retailers can embrace this new paradigm with solutions that cater to shopper’s needs and Covid-19 concerns. I’m really excited to share that the Crave team has been (still is) working around the clock to help retailers create peace of mind for their customers. A touchless experience.
