As requested, a playlist of what has recently inspired my flow. As we move from Pisces into fiery Aries (Ram) season, from uncertainty into themes of money, lust, and unconventional relationships forming in my mind and psyche.
This is the playlist I created for these times! New flowers blooming and the energy to meet the diversity of life head on. Slightly embarrassing journey, but nevertheless real.
Hope you enjoy. “Peaks and Valleys”

Omg, the kids I’m teaching are as challenging as ever. But somehow, with me, it feels like we share a language. 🍀Luckily.
Their difficulties actually revived me. Showed me where I come from. Showed me how much I’ve grown. Showed me how solid my energy has become since my last days teaching in the Bronx.
Young people are super challenging, yes, but it reminded me why I go to sleep early and fuel myself the way I do. This work matters more than a lot of things I could get into with idle hands. I made a lot of new friends today and there are many adventures to be had.
What a mission ahead I have in store for myself. On Thursdays, I’ll be out the house by 7:20am, rain or shine.

This is where I’ve landed. After dancing with my little one on FaceTime, I settled into a smooth groove. A sonic journey through love, heartbreak, romance, and the joy that’s moved through this season of life.
Every track is stitched together by me and the algorithm gods of Spotify, blending jazzy horns, mellow pianos, and organic soul breaks.
For the moments that ache, for the ones that heal, and for the quiet dances in between.
Press play and let it flow.

How to Teach Kids Yoga for Kindergartners: Best Poses and Activities to Engage Early Learners — Yo Re Mi
If you’ve ever tried teaching yoga to a room full of 5-year-olds, you know it’s a joyful challenge. Kindergarteners are imaginative, energetic, and wonderfully wiggly…which means traditional grown-up yoga just doesn’t work. We believe in meeting our students where they are by using music, pl...
