On March 17, a new group started for one of the most in-demand professional roles in today’s business environment — a project management consultant

The Certified Professional Project Manager Consultant Worldwide (CPPMCW®) certification provides an opportunity to transition from the role of an executor or a project manager to that of an expert and consultant

A key feature of the program is its structured preparation prior to certification. Participants go through an educational stage that enables them to gain a deep understanding of the profession and confidently prepare for certification

The program brings together both practicing consultants and project managers, as well as experts planning to develop in this role

This is not just a certification, but the formation of a new professional position — with a different level of thinking, responsibilities, and income

ChatGPT — a study by OpenAI and Harvard

10% of the world’s adult population already uses ChatGPT. That’s 700 million people sending 29,000 messages every second. OpenAI has publicly released data for the first time showing how their creation is actually used. Interestingly, this is the first study based not on surveys or “self-reports,” but on millions of real user messages sent to ChatGPT between 2024 and 2025.

Key findings of the study

1. Leisure beats work
70% of all prompts to ChatGPT are unrelated to work. People more often look for recipes, life advice, or write personal letters rather than solve business tasks. The share of “non-work” queries keeps growing steadily.

2. Programmers are not the main users
Everyone expected ChatGPT to become a programmer’s assistant. But in fact, programming accounts for only 4.2% of all queries. The top three use categories are:
• practical advice (29%)
• writing content (24%)
• seeking information (24%)
AI has turned out to be more of a universal consultant than a technical tool.

3. From a “men’s toy” to a tool for everyone
At the beginning of 2023, 80% of active users were men. By mid-2025, the gender ratio had almost reached parity, with women slightly outnumbering men. In just two and a half years, AI has evolved from a niche geek tool to a mainstream product.

4. Youth leads, and developing countries are catching up
Nearly half of all messages are sent by users under 26. However, the fastest growth is seen in middle- and low-income countries. AI has ceased to be a Western tech toy — it has become a global tool for everyday tasks.

5. Asking matters more than doing
People value ChatGPT not as a performer, but as an advisor.
• 49% of queries are asking (seeking advice)
• 40% are doing (executing tasks)
• 11% are simply chatting

The share of “asking” queries is growing the fastest.

In a world where everything moves at lightning speed, mastering your time is a true superpower. Here are 10 tips to help you stay productive without burning out:

1️⃣ Prioritize Wisely
Use the ABCD method — focus on “A” tasks first, and don’t get lost in the noise.

2️⃣ Plan Ahead
End each day or week with a short planning ritual. Your mornings will feel lighter and clearer.

3️⃣ Try the Pomodoro Technique
Work for 25 minutes, then rest for 5. Short sprints keep your focus sharp.

4️⃣ Cut Distractions
Mute notifications and create a workspace that helps you stay present.

5️⃣ Delegate
You don’t have to do it all. Share tasks and free up your time for what matters most.

6️⃣ Recharge Regularly
Rest and movement aren’t luxuries — they’re productivity tools.

7️⃣ Learn to Say No
Protect your focus. Not every opportunity deserves your energy.

8️⃣ Use Tech Smartly
Try apps that track your tasks and time — they help you stay on top of your goals.

9️⃣ Reflect Weekly
Review how you spent your time and refine your approach.

1️⃣0️⃣ Set Realistic Goals
Break big dreams into small steps — and celebrate every win.

✨ Master your minutes, and you’ll master your momentum.

How to Unlock the Hidden 60% of Your Brain’s Resources

Most people use only about 40% of their mental potential at work. The rest remains in “sleep mode” — until you apply one paradoxical trick.

Research shows that when we’re mentally tired, the brain starts to trick us. We avoid tasks even when the reward is obviously high. But scientists have discovered a way to outsmart this mechanism and tap into hidden reserves of energy.

The technique is called “psychological reactance.” Our brain is wired to want exactly what it’s told not to do.

Try this hack:
• Tell yourself, “DON’T work for another 30 minutes.”
• Or, “DON’T start this task right now.”

Within 2–3 minutes, inner resistance kicks in — and suddenly you feel the urge to get back to work. Only this time, with double the energy and access to that hidden 60%.

In other words, instead of forcing yourself to work — forbid yourself to work.

The result may surprise you.
