I had the opportunity to work with Metzlal on her career transition to become a Data Analyst.

During our onboarding session, we discussed her career goals, her motivation, her doubts and we created an action plan.

I listened carefully to her needs and gave her actionable feedback and support to make this pivot a success.

And it worked!

I recommended to look for specific companies and job boards that match with her values to contribute to the society and make the world a better place.
She found the job on one of this two job board.

What are three amazing things that happened today?
I like this rule of telling your loved one the best thing that happened today.
We all experience dark times and there is ALWAYS something good that happened to you even if it is just a good cup of tea or coffee, the smile of your kid, a birdsong, a flower, the text of a friend, a song that you like.

Allow yourself to enjoy your life and take inventory of positive moments.
