Gratitude is the feeling we get when we are thankful for something.
Usually this is a result of something nice that has been done to us or to someone we care about.
We can express our gratitude in either word, deed or even both.
Most common is expressing our gratitude in word.
While there is nothing wrong with expressing our gratitude to others with words, there is a question we need to ask ourselves.
Do I back up my words or expressions of gratitude to others with the way I go about living my life?
The best way to show someone you are grateful is not only to express it but to show you truly mean it by living by those words you express.
So Now I challenge you.
The next time someone does or says something to you or someone you care about, instead of merely expressing gratitude in words, back up those words with action and the way you live you life.
That is where the highest appreciation lies for the words you say.

There are so many things to take from this.
FIRST, If you want to succeed in life, you better have the power, energy and skills to run your own life.
If you are going after your goals, congratulations, that’s a HUGE step.
It will take you having the STRENGTH to be able to stand alone if the situation calls for it.
If you depend on others to have the STRENGTH to make your own life go in the direction you want, then you run the risk of everything falling apart should they disappear from your life.
SECOND, be SMART.
Just because you might be STRONG enough to stand alone, doesn’t mean you always should.
Be SMART enough to know when you need help.
FINALLY, THIRD, DO NOT be AFRAID to ASK for the HELP you NEED!
So many people try to be so STRONG that they never dare ASK for HELP.
When you REFUSE to ask for the help, you are being DUMB not smart.
Asking for HELP is not a sign of weakness.
In fact, it is a sign of STRENGTH.
REMEMBER, there are no AWARDS for those that try to be so STRONG, they REFUSE to ASK for HELP and end up BURNING OUT.
HOWEVER, for those that ASK for the HELP of others when it’s needed, the possibilities of what they are able to accomplish are ENDLESS.

How do I know if my GOAL 🎯 is BIG enough?
If you have the right one it will SCARE 👻 you a bit!
It forces you to get outside of your comfort zone!👀👀
It will STRETCH you and cause you to GROW into the person you need to be in order to reach it. 🙌🏻🙌🏻
Remember GOALS 🎯 are for GROWING not for GETTING.
