The second annual Beyond Screen Time Challenge is back starting Jan 9th until Feb 9th, 2025.
The focus: Stopping or reducing non-essential screen time + adding in meaningful (analogue) activities.
The Process: One weekly email, Three 1-hour group zoom calls every other week to set up your individual challenge (call 1), address challenges (call 2), and reintegrate (call 3). On alternate weeks, I'm offering office hours to address challenges and get support.

What could happen...
.. if you chose to reduce your viewing of someone else's desire, someone else's vision, someone else's story, someone else’s images, someone else’s life, brought to you conveniently with a simple push of a button, and gave yourself some space?
Perhaps you might touch into your own desire, discover interests that lay dormant, find a portal to carry you towards your own life.
