Meet my client and your new Miss Kansas 🤩
During our consultation call, Asia shared her dream of becoming Miss USA. Unlike the fit model or bikini divisions of competing, Miss USA has its own set of criteria. While there are many similarities, there are also significant differences. I could tell from her passion and determination that she was serious about this goal, and I’m so grateful she chose to work with me on her journey.
We had a LOT to do in a short amount of time. This is not what I recommend or usually take on for someone new to counting macros and tracking food. We started by building some basic habits, learning how to track and plan food with hitting macros and maintaining a healthy lifestyle for a couple of months before moving into the cutting phase. She has a busy job as a sports reporter and she knew it wasn’t going to necessarily be easy.
Asia was an absolute pro at taking my feedback and making necessary changes, asking questions, and communicating effectively.
I have no words to express how proud and excited I am for what’s next!
