New peach trees in the orchard this year! The blossoms smell like honey. I realize it’s because our honey smells like our flowers but it is still such a striking smell on the trees.
Ive never used peach flowers for anything because I fear the cyanide compounds. Have any of you used them for anything?

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I am thankful for the wonderful people I am so fortunate to have in my life, including the many of you whom I met through here.
Cheers to Mike & Barbie of for their friendship and kindness to my family! I love them for who they are. But they also happen to make some of my favorite spirits. This one here is their new(ish) apple brandy, in a scaffa my husband wants me to return to him right now.
