The simple knot.wmv This lesson is on the simple knot. This knot is used when you are preparing your thread for hand stitching. After you thread your needle you then make this knot and now you are ready to hand stitich.

Permanent Knot Permanent Knot-This knot is used when stitching by hand. After you have finished your hand stitching you need to make a knot. This knot is permanent and will not allow your stitches to come undone.
