In Spain you almost always get free tapas with your glass of wine 🍷 It always made me smile!
This may seem like a small thing to some and a cultural norm to others. But imagine the surprise and delight you could offer by emulating this concept. It feels like a gift and gifts make people feel special.
There are three primary feelings you want to create through Emotional Engagement Design. You want people to feel safe, important and loved. If you can make people feel this when they are in contact with you - they will ALWAYS come back for more! Again and again!
What kind of gift can you offer your customers? What are they not expecting, but would pay off big as that little something extra? 🤩
