Yogi See, Yogi Do Adventure Class 🧘🏾‍♀️

JOIN US March 8th
• 10am - 11am
• ages 2 - 6yrs
• 10-10:45am class time, with 15 mins of included open-play from 10:45-11am

Through playful yogic games like “Yogi Says,” imaginative storytelling adventures, and age-appropriate yoga poses, children will move, stretch, and explore as they journey through creative themes such as traveling to new places or walking through nature. The session encourages confidence, coordination, mindfulness, and creativity in a welcoming environment where kids learn through movement and play, while parents enjoy watching their little ones build focus, body awareness, and joy through yoga.

Join us for a fun event celebrating the upcoming launch of children's book Zenguin, by Danna Smith and Sydney Hansen.

This lovely picture book is a sweet story, which follows the journey a little penguin who is feeling anxious among the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Luckily, his Antarctic friends are eager to teach him their favorite ways to find calm, through deep breathing, stretching, and finding quiet moments.🐧
✨️
We will begin our class with a reading to our parents and children, followed by a themed yoga flow. Upon registration, you will receive an email confirmation, which will include a link to purchase Zenguin at a discounted price for taking this class. All ages and levels are welcome!
