So a little update, the physical studio is permanently closed but I invite those of you who would like to continue working with me to join my fitness classes on zoom starting next month I will have all the information on how to do that to you.

Good morning for our second day of this 9 day ABF back maintenance course. We will explore the movement called “High Step” it is designed to gently stretch and release muscles in the lower, pelvis, hips and back of thighs.
And can be done practically anywhere that you can put yourself in the step position shown.
The first part of the movement is achieved by simply rolling onto the front of your elevated thigh as far as you can hold for a count of 8 then pivoting from the waist roll forward extending your abdomen below the elevated thigh as far as you can again hold for 8 counts. Repeat to other side.
To be used as often as feel needed.

Tuesday 06/20/2017 Good morning today we touch the buttocks again with a second hip-pull movement from the and this one is the "Hip-pull sitting " can be done first thing in the morning sitting on the edge of a bed or on a chair.This version of the exercise will help you to attain and maintain good coordination and offers a more intense stretch to selected hip muscles.
In some cases will also help to ease lower back pain. Practice as often as needed to loosen things up.

Saturday 02/25/2017 Good morning ☀️ today we are revisiting the movements and wake up with the Oblique slide pyramid-sit movement with 2nd arms. This exercise is great for improving digestion, posture and coordination. Strengthens, tones and define the entire waistline. It has a effect on the lower back. Today let me introduce you to a simple and important back exercise combination great for improving posture and getting those little kinks out of your spine.
