2 team members from Hotfitnyc took on the 15k run/30 military and ninja warrior based obstacles in the Tough Mudder race in Pittsburgh. What did we get in return but some of the ugliest pix ever lol! It was a fun race, we met some cool people, and Coach Thor even reunited with one of his brothers in the last pic!
Oct 22 we have a larger team hitting the citychallenge race at Icahn stadium, nyc.

Coach , and Coach Thor ran the race together, then met up with the rest of the squad for a second time through 🦍🦍🦍🦍🦍🦍🦍
partially celebrated her 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈 🎁 birthday by kicking ass at this ocr. conquered his 3rd ocr with us. Our guy Freddie did very well his first race with the team.
We will be prepping for next ocr season, collect a bigger squad and improve the teams race times significantly.

Awesome and unusual weekend for the hotfitnyc members and family, as well as for the world of combat sports! This weekend has shown that all of us in the hotfitfam are improving ourselves, and going out there to kick ass. Great work by all of you!

9- Coach Thor & Coach did a 6 hour intensive powerlifting seminar taught by the legendary at our go to strongman gym

💢More weekends need to be this fun and productive, this will be a tough one to beat.

Fun wellness/mental health/breast cancer awareness session with Mount Sinai crew🥊 today. Dr. Ky and her team took some time for boxing/kickboxing training in the park. It is important to take some time for yourself like this every day.

Some "glamor" shots for TEAMHOTFITNYC at the last Savage event, we did the savage race & the blitz earning the syndicate medals. Was some good work, fun race, and some 'cool' obstacles (especially the frozen Richard and thors grundell obstacles🥶🥶🥶🥶🥶).

well done with 3 great matches, and bringing in 2 OGs of the sport! Haven't been too excited about many ufc events lately but you bring back and two of my all time favorite fighters....I remember watching these guys kick ass years ago while I was winning world tournaments(best time of my entire life!), stoked is the word people. The one of my favorite female fighters of all time will dominate again. solid champion as well, hard to bet against a man that beat the great . I'll be doing 3 a days trainings for a week after watching these fights.
