Our sweet Sofi crossed into the Angelic realm this week. She was my greatest teacher. Those of you who have worked with us know what a powerful healer she was. Constantly transmuting energy, she was truly a Special Service Animal. Sofi was born into a tiny body but had an oversized heart ❤️ and an energy field to match! Blind her whole life, there was nothing she couldn’t conquer. And, there was Nobody that she didn’t Love. The yogic scriptures say, you get 4 brushes with death, the 5th is your final departure. She definitely tested her fate and defied boundaries.

Sofi was always up to travel right up until the end. She went up to do her last bit of service work in Canada less than week before her passing.
I was lucky to be her caregiver in life and doula into death.
16 years of Love, you will be missed here on the earthly plane but will be felt everywhere!
RIP sweet Sofi!

Happy Solstice and Welcome to winter. It’s not very common to get snow up here in the Pacific Northwest Islands. One thing is sure, we are in sync with Solstices and Equinoxes. So, to my delight, I woke up this AM to Snow on the Winter Solstice! Feeling the impact of darkness, heaviness and depression, I leaned inward. This is the time of year when we are being asked to be still…in darkness. Where can you fully embrace the slumber of winter?
What parts of you are begging for rest?
Try offering the tired, depleted and fast moving areas of your life over to the Solstice. Say a prayer, and let Winter Solstice work it’s magic. Rejuvenation and Alchemy at its best! Enjoy the process.

Fed my spirit this weekend with some Belly Aching comedy. Hysterical adult puppet improv; followed by the most delish chickpea pizza (sorry New York) and celebrating in the street. Such a feast for the spirit. How have you fed your spirit lately? You can’t hear your intuition if your spirit is running on fumes. Do something fun to tap back into your joyful self.
