As a kid, I used to wonder why some people seemed to “have it” and others didn’t.

What I’ve learned—and talk about in this clip—is that this simply isn’t true. It’s not luck or special access. It’s awareness of self and the gifts you already have.

We also talk about guilt—why I believe guilt is a wasted emotion. It doesn’t change what’s already happened. It only keeps us punishing ourselves.
