This free, web-based feedback tool would benefit anyone who wants to advance in their career or improve their team's performance.

It makes giving and receiving feedback a bit less awkward!

This has been a passion project of mine for the past six months and I'm launching a Kickstarter Campaign on 10/11 to raise funds to develop the next version.

Our web-based tool overcomes many of the obstacles that make giving and receiving feedback difficult and awkward:
• Requests are initiated by the person receiving the feedback
• The person receiving the feedback chooses who provides the feedback
• Feedback is requested from multiple people simultaneously
• Semi-anonymous (the requester sees only a summary of the responses)
• Responders select adjectives from a list (no open-ended questions)
• No one sees the responses other than the requester; all data deleted after 7 days
• Hosted by a trusted, independent third party
