Self-Regulation Technique: Scooter Boards
(*I use these with my students during their therapy sessions for a variety of reasons. One amazing aspect of these exercises is to give the brain the input it needs to support our regulatory systems. These systems control our emotional/physical balances which can impact all aspects of our day.)

Just thought I’d start posting some fun at-home games/activities since we are all stuck at home due to the weather/COVID.

I follow this person on Pinterest because she shared such fun and creative activities for kids of all ages. Here’s an example of a sensory bag that is great for any child, especially one who may have tactile sensitivities.
