Looking for another awesome podcast?? I’m OBSESSED with Two Sides of The Spectrum on Spotify.
There are dozens of topics that cover an incredible range for families and the autistic community.
What I love the most is that the podcast speaks with a wide range of autistic individuals and recognizes the importance of listening and learning from autistic people rather than neurotypical people.
If you are or know autistic individuals and want to learn more, please check this out.

Self-Regulation Technique: Scooter Boards
(*I use these with my students during their therapy sessions for a variety of reasons. One amazing aspect of these exercises is to give the brain the input it needs to support our regulatory systems. These systems control our emotional/physical balances which can impact all aspects of our day.)

Just thought I’d start posting some fun at-home games/activities since we are all stuck at home due to the weather/COVID.
I follow this person on Pinterest because she shared such fun and creative activities for kids of all ages. Here’s an example of a sensory bag that is great for any child, especially one who may have tactile sensitivities.
