There’s more to it. Yes, we show you how to defend yourself and loved ones. To survive in todays violence look for a complete program. Don’t get mugged survive then sued by the person who mugged you! That super deadly martial art your learning may land you in more trouble than the assailant. That cardio kickboxing class that doesn’t expose you to street violence is not preparing you for reality.

Just some observations: from an awareness standpoint the victim never turned or flinched at a moped behind them. Maybe they didn’t hear it. The street was desolate which means keep your head on a swivel and be aware of what’s behind you. That means that moped didn’t make a sound-unlikely maybe the victim had on headphones-all the reason to look around even more.
