One of the activities we do in our course Knowing Yourself is identifying our values. It's one of those things that you've probably thought of but maybe never actually done. Values guide our day-to-day behaviors and can show up in big ways at key moments. As a leader, being able to clearly articulate what you value can help you make better decisions, build trust, and inspire and align your team. What do you value?
