Let’s talk about salt! Did you know most people are deficient in magnesium? Your cells need it! Add some sea salt to your meals and even your water throughout the day. A little goes a long way.

are life. It’s really not that difficult to eat healthy! Simply think of your food like a rainbow 🌈 try to incorporate all of the colors. Start with small steps maybe add one food every few days to get into a routine. For ex I eat plenty of greens with every meal, I have berries in my smoothies, garlic, ginger etc. but I realized I don’t get enough red fruits. I just added cherries 🍒 for this week. Just be mindful when choosing what goes into your body.

Enjoying your greens 🥬...I always have a green smoothie preferably for breakfast. Takes less than 5 min to prepare so why not?
1 banana, 2 cups organic spinach, 1 teaspoon almond butter, 1 cup fruit (blueberries / strawberries),1-2 tbsp organic powdered ginger, water or unsweetened almond milk
