Ue/btk nyc street photography workshop 2020

Dear friends,

We are delighted to announce that our concert and allbum promotion with the symbolic name "MUSIC IN MY SUITCASE” will take place on September 7 at 8:00 pm in the inspiring atmosphere of Atelier Figure (Danijela Ozme 12) in Sarajevo.

The concert and album promotion were born from the collaboration between local musicians - the band BalkanEros - and over 15 migrants from the Ušivak reception center coming from Iran, Pakistan, Morocco, Burundi and Afghanistan. Together we composed ten songs weaving different cultural narratives from Pakistan to India, South Africa and Cuba through music.

While they couldn't carry much during their journey, whatever they did bring, they selflessly shared with us. We opened their “suitcase of memories," and during the concert, we will unveil the treasures we found there.
