Here’s a tip to kick off the journey of improving your mindset: mark each small win. Small wins do not change the world. However, they can put a smile on your face and help you gain some confidence. Whether it’s getting up earlier or implementing a new habit into your routine. It all matters.
Big progress is made up of small steps and the more small steps you notice yourself taking the happier you’ll feel with how you’re doing.

Where a person lives determines their level of happiness more than any other factor. Loud noises and larger crowds can be overwhelming, which increases cortisol levels and stress. At the same time, living in a big city forces you to grow. There are always people around doing something, and that can be exciting.
So, in order to find out what kind of environment you need to be a better version of yourself, you should find out what defines you. Are you a big city lover or more of a nature connoisseur?
P.S. It’s okay to be both, there’s nothing more appealing to me than changing places and getting the most out of different environments I’m dipped in.

Time is a crazy thing, and with time comes change. The people who continue to excel and achieve their goals all the time, their mindset grows as they do.
Don’t be afraid of change, pursue it.
It can be unsettling, sure, but over time you’ll come to embrace it. Often we fear change for the wrong reasons, and when it’s the only guaranteed constant in this world, it makes life a lot easier.

As I look back on photos I took only a few months ago, I am amazed by all the incredible changes in my life. Changes that can be hard to recognize in the bustle of day-to-day living. Through photography, I learn to appreciate my life as it is right now.
