A great way to start the year and encourage a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
If you are beginning your vegan journey, the goal is to be imperfect. Start by including more vegetables in your diet, replacing a meal or 2 per day, then build into an eating style that works best for you.
Check out local farmers markets and vegan restaurants so you can start to plan and set realistic expectations.
