When you are ready to actively look for a new position let the world know - but only the ones you want to know. When adding "Open to Work" on your LinkedIn profile, you have two options. 1. Private mode allows only recruiters to see the selection. 2. Public allows all to see it! If you are currently employed, be sure to use the Private setting!

When writing bullet points for your resume - don't tell the reader what you did - tell them what you accomplished.

EXAMPLE:
What you did: "Walked across the street"
What you accomplished: "Added 30 steps towards daily goal, increased my heart rate to X and saved a dog from getting hit by an oncoming car while walking across the street"
