What a weekend! I’m so grateful that I was able to vacation “back home” for a few days with some of the best! We played in nature, enjoyed the views, tasted some incredible wines, listened to music, ate the best food and LAUGHED more than I have in a long time. I got to reconnect with a middle school bestie too! (Thanks for dinner Fred!) My heart is full ❤️

Sorry, not sorry for all of the video clips! We had the BEST time seeing Beyoncé together. We laughed, we danced, I cried! I love that we get to experience music together and this show was at the top of the list! I’m so grateful for musicians who speak truth into their performances, with all that is going on in the world ❤️ 🌎 🤠

The first day of spring always feels like New Year’s to me—fresh starts, new energy, and a reminder that growth is always happening and available to us. Anyone else?

Longer days, sunshine, fresh air, plants popping, and the feeling of possibility make it the perfect time to reset, refresh, and realign. LFG! 🌸☀️

Costa Rica was pure magic. I am back home full of gratitude, love, and clarity, and deeply rested and reconnected to myself. The Radiance Retreat was the perfect balance of rest, pampering, movement, relaxation, healing, adventure, play, and sisterhood. I encourage all the women I love, to gift themselves an experience like this one.

thank you for holding the vision for me to be here right up until the last minute. You are a true Queen and being with you & held in a space with you in person was better than I could have imagined. I don’t think I could have envisioned a more perfect experience for myself.

Doing yoga in the jungle and powerful breathwork (thank you ❤️) with the most amazing soul sisters is now my favorite thing. I will patiently wait for the next one, while living out the magic of this one. ✨🌴🌈🇨🇷

2024 Reflections:
Losing my business 2 weeks before the new year was devastating. & 2024 taught me that I am resilient AF & I can deeply trust myself.

This year I:
🩷 learned an entirely new industry and started a lucrative new career
🩷 supported my mom through two major surgeries
🩷 supported my daughter through an emotionally tough school year
🩷 supported many amazing clients in powerful breakthroughs in my coaching business
🩷 healed from heartbreak and continue staying open to love
🩷 ran two businesses and worked a part-time job, because a Mama’s do what they gotta do
🩷 treated my family to a 7-day cruise
🩷 traveled and concerted with my girl (our joint love language)
🩷 built new relationships

It’s so easy to focus on what didn’t go right, but it’s more powerful to reflect on what did.

I am grateful. Happy New Year!

Though I would never say that I am an “expert” in relationships, I am really good at listening to what you are saying (and maybe what you’re not saying) and offering insight. My passion is helping people find clarity and the confidence to move forward in the direction that is most aligned for them.

Last week I accomplished some BIG things and decided that it was cause for a celebration! Dinner with my two people at the Herdic House was fancy and delicious.

I am proud to be a member of an organization that encourages women to develop their leadership skills and to give back to their communities.

I am finding the good today by making sure that families are protected with life insurance and working with my coaching clients to make sure that they feel seen, heard, and empowered in the changes that they desire in the lives. These women are making BIG moves every day 🩷
